Unique home for adults with chronic diseases in Northern Bulgaria was opened with a ceremony on May 24, 2006 in Slavyanovo sity of Pleven. With enormous efforts and ambitions of the new owners D-r Plamen Atanasov – psychiatrist and his sister Rilka Atanasova – social activities bachelor, owners olso and Medical center „Apex“ one of the first private medical center in town Pleven was created a home for adults with chronic diseases and most of all mental illnesses in remission for psycho – social rehabilitation which is named after the biblical saint Lazarus, journalists learned during the presentation.
